What age does my baby have to be for the Blinky?
The Blinky is only suitable for children more than 6 months old, who are able to sit upright in a buggy. It is not suitable for car seats or prams or if the child is under 6 months old.
How do I clean the Blinky?
The Blinky can be wiped clean with a damp cloth and mild detergent if necessary. You can also wash the Blinky on its own at 30 degrees, delicate wash. Do not tumble dry. Please refer to instructions for further detail.
What is the Blinky made of?
The Blinky is 100% polyester exclusive of trims.
Is the Blinky safe?
The Blinky has been manufactured to a high standard and has undergone safety testing, risk assessments and is tested to REACH and POP standards.

When will I receive my refund?
As soon as we receive your returned items, we will process your refund. We will refund the card you used when making your online purchase. Once we process your return, you will see your refund payment after 30 business days depending on your issuing bank and/or billing cycle.
What is the return policy?
Return your item, no questions asked within 14 days of your original ship date. We are happy to refund you the original price paid for the item including VAT to your original form of payment. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Refunds are not available after 14 days. Items must be returned in the original packaging, including the outer brown box and accompanied with original proof of purchase. If the Blinky is damaged, soiled, shows signs of wear and tear or is not in the original box and plastic bag, complete with instructions, it will not be accepted for a refund. How do I return a product?
If you’re not absolutely delighted with your Blinky, you can return your item(s) for a refund within 14 days of purchase. How do I package my return?
Items must be returned unopened and unused in the original packaging and accompanied with the original proof of purchase.
Which countries do you deliver to? / Is the Blinky available where I live?
We can deliver Blinky to anywhere in the world. Please use the shipping calculator at the checkout for shipping costs to your country. If your country is not on the shipping list, please email us on firstname.lastname@example.org and we will add your country. Please note, the Blinky is a medium item to deliver. If you order more than one, shipping will cost more. Delivery will take 5 – 10 working days to anywhere outside of the UK and Ireland.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, you have a legal right to cancel your order for whatever reason within 14 days after the day on which you receive the goods, and you shall be entitled to a full refund. This cancellation right starts from the date of order confirmation (the date on which we e-mail you to confirm our acceptance of your order), which is when the contract between us is formed.
Unfortunately you are not able to cancel any portion of the contract which relates to personalized goods, save in the circumstances that a visual preview provided to you on the site is materially different to the actual personalized goods or the quality of the personalized goods is bad or there is a manufacturer’s defect.
We will not refund any postage and packing charges if you cancel your order after receiving your goods or if you only cancel part of your order, save for as set out in the returns and refunds section below and under satisfaction Guarantee.
You must return the goods in the same condition as they were when they were delivered to you in order to be entitled to a full refund. If we refund you the price paid before we are able to inspect the goods and later discover that you have used them, then you must pay us an appropriate amount.
