We hope you are delighted with your Blinky product, however if you are not entirely satisfied or if your item doesn’t fit, then we are here to help and make things as simple as we can for you. We offer a 14 day cooling off period, so if we don’t fit your world for whatever reason, then just let us know within 14 days of delivery. We will arrange a return and refund, no hassle guaranteed.
Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to request a return. When the request has been received, one of our team will be in touch to provide information on how to return your order.
If the item has been visibly used (excluding trying the product on for fitting), a refund will only be processed in the event of a manufacturing fault. We will require proof of purchase to enable us to process your refund. If you no longer have the receipt and we cannot find your details on our system, then a credit note may be issued instead of a refund.
If the item is faulty we will provide a free return postage label, otherwise, you are responsible for the cost of returning your goods to us.
Once we have received either your goods or proof of return postage, then your refund - including any original delivery costs - will be processed back to the original method of payment, usually within 14 business days.
